This is written from the actual code of this website rather than from a template, so it says precisely what happens. There are no advertising trackers here, and no cookies at all.

The shop keeps a few things in your browser's own storage. These are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them:
That address in particular is worth being clear about: it sits in your browser and nowhere else until the moment you choose to press a button and send it.
When you open a piece, or heart it, our own server adds one to that garment's count. We store the garment's reference, the number, and the date of the most recent one. No identifier of you is recorded, nothing is joined up between pieces, and Paula uses it only to see which garments people are drawn to.
If you choose to be told when new pieces arrive, your browser gives us a subscription address and its keys, which we store along with the kind of device it is and the date. We use it for nothing but those notifications, and turning them off in the shop deletes it. We never learn your identity from it.
Every purchase here begins as a conversation. Whatever you send - your name, your address, your question - arrives with Paula through WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Instagram or email, and those services handle the message under their own privacy terms, not ours. Paula keeps what she needs to send your parcel and to satisfy Italian accounting law, which requires business records to be kept for ten years.
If you pay through PayPal, PayPal takes the payment and handles your card or account details directly. We never see or store your card number. PayPal tells us who paid, the delivery address, the email address on the account and the amount, which is what we need to post your piece and to keep a correct record of the sale.

There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixel, no social tracking script, and no profiling of any kind.
Your order details, because we need them to perform the sale you asked for and because Italian law requires us to keep the record. The anonymous counts, because a shop has a legitimate interest in knowing what people like. The arrival alerts, because you asked for them - and only until you say otherwise.
