Buying clothing you haven't tried on takes a little trust. Here is exactly where you stand if it isn't right.
You have 14 days from the day the piece reaches you to change your mind, for any reason at all. You don't have to explain yourself.
Once the piece is back with us we refund you within 14 days, to the same method you paid with. The refund includes what you paid for the standard shipping out to you.
Then it is our problem, not yours. Write to us with a photograph, and we will refund you in full, including the return postage. You keep your legal rights in respect of goods that do not conform to their description, and nothing on this page reduces them.
Please remember these garments are decades old and second-hand. Honest wear that comes with age - a softened collar, a faint mark, a repair - is part of what they are, and Paula photographs and describes what she sees. If a piece has a flaw worth knowing about, it will be in its description. Ask before you buy if you are unsure, and she will look at the garment again for you.
Every garment here is the only one of its kind, so we cannot offer an exchange for the same piece in another size. If something doesn't fit, return it under the 14 days above, and by all means tell Paula what you were hoping for - she may well find it.
