Plain terms for a small shop. If anything here is unclear, ask Paula and she will explain it in her own words.
Paula Ott, trading as Vabrix, Strada Crocicchia s.n., 87064 Corigliano-Rossano (CS), Calabria, Italy. VAT / Partita IVA IT03898890789. Email vabrix.clothing@gmail.com. Full details on our contact page.
Second-hand vintage clothing and accessories. Every garment is a single item - once it is sold, it is gone. The photographs on each piece's page are of that exact garment, not a catalogue picture, and the description records what Paula sees when she handles it. Age-related wear is normal and is part of the piece.
Prices are in euro. Vabrix operates under the Italian flat-rate regime (regime forfettario), so no IVA is charged: operazione non soggetta a IVA ai sensi dell'art. 1, commi 54-89, Legge 190/2014. Shipping is added on top and is set out on our shipping page. Prices in other currencies shown in the shop are an approximate convenience only; the amount charged is the euro price.
Placing an order, or agreeing a purchase with Paula in a message, is an offer to buy. The sale is concluded when we accept it and confirm your payment. If a piece turns out to have been sold elsewhere in the meantime - which can happen with one-off stock sold through more than one channel - we will tell you straight away and refund you in full. Nothing else will be charged to you.
Payment is taken through PayPal, which handles your card or account details directly. We never see or store your card number.
Pieces are posted from Italy with UPS within continental Europe, and with DHL to more distant destinations and to Malta and Cyprus. The carrier for your own country is named on the shipping page and again before you pay. Dispatch is normally within two working days of payment, and in any case without undue delay and within 30 days of the sale. Shipping prices, typical transit times, destinations, and what happens with customs charges outside the European Union are all on the shipping page.
You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and full cover if a piece arrives damaged or is not as described. The details, and who pays return postage in each case, are on the returns page. Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in addition to anything written here and are not reduced by it.
What we collect and what we do with it is set out plainly on our privacy page. In short: as little as possible.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country. Complaints go to vabrix.clothing@gmail.com and Paula answers them herself.
